WELCOME MESSAGE

聖路加看護大学中山和弘研究室（看護情報学）での教育・研究を紹介しています。この研究室では、ヘルスプロモーション、保健行動、消費者健康情報学、ヘルスリテラシー、ヘルスコミュニケーション、健康社会学についての理論・概念・アプローチに焦点をあてています。消費者にもっとも近いところにいる看護職が患者・市民などの保健医療サービスの消費者による情報の収集、分析、解釈、意思決定、行動変容を支援できることを目指しています。

研究テーマは、一人ひとりのヘルスリテラシーの向上や、意思決定、行動変容、ストレス（ポジティブ）コーピング、これらを支えあうサポートネットワークやコミュニティ・ソーシャルキャピタルづくり、研究方法としての調査の計画からデータの統計処理までの学習支援方法、ｅラーニングです。これらの研究によって、患者や消費者中心の新たな看護や保健医療の実践・管理・教育・研究へと応用できる理論や技術の開発課題を探求します。

健康や医療のありかたを、市民や患者・消費者にもっと適切にわかりやすく情報提供すること、意思決定を支援することで変えていきたいと考える方ならどなたでもどうぞ。看護学、保健学、健康科学分野の方や、情報学、心理学、社会学、コミュニケーション学、社会福祉学、教育学、統計学、システム学などの関連する幅広い分野の方をお待ちしています。気軽にメールでご相談ください。また、研究室にもお越しください。

Nursing Informatics
“Nursing Informatics is a specialty that integrates nursing science, computer science, and information science to manage and communicate data, information, and knowledge in nursing practice. Nursing informatics facilitates the integration of data, information and knowledge to support patients, nurses and other providers in their decision-making in all roles and settings. This support is accomplished through the use of information structures, information processes, and information technology.” (ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Informatics Practice, 2001)

Consumer Health Informatics
"Consumer health informatics is the branch of medical informatics that analyses consumers' needs for information; studies and implements methods of making information accessible to consumers; and models and integrates consumers' preferences into medical information system."（Eysenbach, 2000）
